This is where we chat about what nutritional therapy and/or energy work is and how (or if) they can make a difference for you.  It's a chance for me to learn a little bit about you, your current situation, your motivation, and your goals for your health.  It's also a chance for you to understand how the process flows, what is expected of both of us (spoiler alert:  you MUST be internally motivated or you'll never achieve your best outcome), and make an informed decision about moving forward.

Initial Consultation

A personalized 2-hour one-on-one nutritional consultation session that includes:

  • Detailed pre-appointment analysis of your paperwork -- Initial Interview form, 4-day Food & Mood Journal, and online Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. If necessary, research about your individual combination of signs and symptoms.

  • A deep dive into your health goals, history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and obstacles designed to see where we're starting and help us chart the best course forward for you.

  • A functional and/or medical intuitive evaluation to assess for any nutritional deficiencies and organ/system dysfunction.

  • Recommendations and agreement on the short- and long-term action steps for meeting your health goals.

  • Review, discuss, and hopefully celebrate your progress.

  • Re-assess and test specific functional levels or medical intuitive assessments.

  • Adjust your game plan, as indicated.

  • It may include a new Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire to compare to previous signs and symptoms.
